Welcome to Easy Living!

This storybook one bedroom, one bathroom cozy cabin is perfect for up to four guests.

A bright and open living room with comfortable seating provides a great spot for putting your feet up and enjoying the warmth and ambiance of the gas fireplace. Sip a glass of wine or a cup of hot cocoa while you unwind and read a book or watch a movie on the flat screen TV. Use the Wifi when you need to get connected.

For home-cooked meals, Easy Living features stainless steel appliances in the well-appointed kitchen, so bring your groceries! There is a bistro dining table plus room at the kitchen bar for seating.

In the charming bedroom you’ll sleep like a bear on the quality queen bed. Plenty of linens are provided to snuggle down and hibernate on the queen sofa sleeper in the living area.

After playing in Lake Tahoe or skiing down the slopes, come soak your bones in the claw-foot tub in the beautifully designed bathroom. You can pack light for your adventures, because this home includes a full-sized washer and dryer.

Outside, as the wind whispers through the pines, unwind and bask in the sun on the deck, which features a large table with six chairs. A barbeque is available Memorial Day weekend through September–weather permitting.

Venturing out? Many Lake Tahoe activities and sights are right at your doorstep!

Easy Living is close to Meeks Bay, which has a terrific sandy beach, and Chambers Landing, which also has a nice beach. Sugar Pine Point State Park is close enough to reach via a nice walk or bike ride. You won’t want to miss the icon of Lake Tahoe, Emerald Bay, a short drive away. Emerald Bay State Park boasts 360-degree picturesque views that encompass Emerald Bay, Fannette Island, Eagle Falls, and Vikingsholm Castle.

For winter activities, just a few miles down the road you’ll find Homewood, Alpine Meadows, and Squaw Valley Ski Resorts. The Magical West Shore has great options for whatever you fancy: snowshoeing, snowboarding, downhill or cross-country skiing, sledding, and more!

Interested in a dining option? We highly recommend the Fire Sign Cafe for breakfast and lunch.

To experience all the gambling and nightlife that the Lake Tahoe area offers, South Lake Tahoe/Stateline is about a 30-minute drive.

Perfect little house for a couple. we brought our dogs along and this house was great for them. Nice fenced in back yard. Beautiful part of the lake with lovely diners around. Walking distant to the lake and beautiful trails to enjoy. We would love to stay at this property again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is a perfect location to Meeks bay beach and hiking trail. The mt biking trails from the house are so convenient and fun to ride. The management company was very accommodating when needed. I hope the owners decide to put a little bit of money into this little gem of a 's starting to look a little tired. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to friends and family. Oh, can't forget the bears! They are there just waiting for you to leave something out of interest. Everyday mama and baby would stroll through the neighborhood looking for their next snack.

This is our 2nd time here. We love the cozier size of this place for our small family of 3. It is centrally located and easy to get to many points of interests. Place is clean and provides all the necessary amenities. One feedback I have would be to have the option for better lighting in the living room.

This is a wonderful, quiet and clean place to stay. The nice deck in the backyard is an extra bonus. This is our 3rd or 4th year staying here. I forget! The location is wonderful since we spend a lot of time at Meeks Bay, our favorite beach. Could use a few more towels, silverware, and change out the darn overheard shower, but other than that it's a great place! Oh, the pull out sofa needs work! Very hard to pull out and in and one corner is on a slope. The springs need work. Could use a new pull out!

We loved our weekend stay at this cute cabin in Tahoma! The decor was so cute, it was extremely clean too. We loved the smart TV, faux wood burning stove, stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and bathroom with claw foot tub! Also, we got to bring our two dogs- which was a plus. Check in and check out was easy and smooth. Would love to come back.

Perfect size and location for a couple visiting the Lake Tahoe area. Has everything you could need with comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen and really nice bath. With nice deck and yard in the back. We really enjoyed our anniversary trip to the area and this rental was just what we were looking for. Easy to find and mid-way along the west side of Lake Tahoe it is a short drive to north or south Lake Tahoe. Countless hiking options in the area and though we are not skiers it is a short drive to at least 3 or 4 ski resorts/slopes. Would definitely stay here again.

This vacation rental was super cute!!! If I owned a home it would look a little something like this :). It was clean, had all the amenities you’d need for a weekend away. The location was perfect for us as we like to spend most of our time in west shore and Tahoe city. Close to some great hikes and restaurants.

The only downside — if you want to relax in the claw foot bathtub (which you will) just run the hot water. It’ll feel too warm at first but it’ll cool down. Don’t run the hot and cold — it runs out of hot water quickly and you’ll end up relaxing in ice cold water. I was determined so we ended up boiling water on the stove and adding it to the tub which totally worked it was just a little time consuming.

Will definitely come back to this cute little home!! Thanks for a great weekend.

This location was impeccable. It was everything we were expecting and so much more. The location was very clean and in order. The house was decorated and fully stocked with anything and everything we could need. The manager provided amazing assistance and great directions and instructions. We loved this location because it is not in the tourist, busy South Lake area, but it is close enough to still enjoy everything the lake has to offer. It is a quiet, friendly neighborhood with the lake about 3 minutes from the property. We hope to be able to make it back and stay at this same property because we loved it so much. Highly recommend!!!

We had a great week in Tahoma, the cabin was perfect for the two of us and our dog. Drive to Squaw Valley was around 28 minutes, but I ended up skiing most my days at Homewood (5 minutes away) which really is an undiscovered gem of a mountain.

I really enjoyed my stay at this adorable cottage for a short ski trip before starting a new job. The location is in a quiet residential area and the cottage is fairly closely surrounded by other cabins and structures, but still felt private and quiet. Overall, the space is very nicely decorated, modern and cozy. Plenty of entertainment options including a few board games and a smart TV that's ready to go with Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime (no login required!). The kitchen is quite functional and decently stocked with tools and cooking essentials, and I loved the claw foot tub for post-ski soaks. Parking was super easy as well. A few misses were the pillows on the bed, they felt like cheap air mattress pillows and were extremely uncomfortable (esp since the mattress was also very firm), I wish I brought my own; and the rain shower is at a weird angle so it can feel a bit claustrophobic in the shower if you're relatively long limbed. Minus those few things, I would definitely stay again, especially with a friend or partner since it's well suited for a romantic getaway.

We have stayed at this dreamy little cottage for several years now. Always clean and quiet! The owners really take pride with this house - lots of attention to detail. The property management company was awesome to work with - answered any questions we had.

I loved this house. It felt like being at home. It could use more dishware and glasses, but other than that, it was a wonderful experience. Well maintained and clean. Wish I could buy this house. Would love to come back time and time, again.

This little mountain home is very cute and included everything we needed for our stay. We found the bed and the sofa to be very comfortable. Our dog loved the backyard (since it’s unfenced, we let him roam on a 50 ft lead for safety). We cooked several times in the kitchen and found everything we needed there. 10/10 would come back!

Ver cozy. Nice place in a nice location. So close to Chambers, Sunyside, and Homewood. Easy access to north and south shore. Would stay again!

Clean, cozy home perfect for our family of four to stay in. The backyard was great for snowball fights and relaxing in the evening, and our dog loved the walks nearby. Bathtub was a wonderful treat after a day in the snow, and the beds were comfortable. Only complaint is that the windows in the bedroom let in too much light - the drapes don't do anything to block light! But overall a great stay!

This was a great place to stay for a winter getaway. The place is a great size for 2 people (and our dog). We enjoyed how close it was to the State Park for hiking in the snow. We also loved how far it was from the highway - SO quiet and relaxing.

The house has everything you need. It's clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked! I wish the backyard was fenced in for our dog.

Had a wonderful stay. Perfect area to walk the dog. Everything about the house was as presented. Everything we needed was there. The house was sparkling clean. Only drawback the bed was very hard. We ended up on the couch. Absolutely would come back if the bed was changed.
