The condo is as described, and the photos provide a realistic overview of the property. The condo was very clean. That being said, it's a bit dated, so keep that in mind as you book. This didn't bother our group, but if you want the "latest and greatest" in your accommodations, you might be disappointed.

One thing to note: Showers were hot, which is a plus after a day on the slopes!

One other thing to note: Two of the three bedrooms are on the bottom floor. Unfortunately, there's no weather stripping on the front door, which is also on the bottom floor, so it's REALLY cold downstairs. Keeping the bedroom doors closed to retain heat helped. One suggestion for the owners is to add weather stripping to the door. This cheap and simple enhancement will make a real difference in the renters' experience. One other suggestion: Buy glass doors for the fireplace, which will help retain heat on the main floor when the flue is open after a fire.

Location is great--easy access to Heavenly, Northstar, and Palisades ski resorts, along with numerous snowshoeing spots. Our party of six adults had a great time!

We had a lovely time and this was a very good place to stay. We had family staying in a nearby unit which worked out well. This unit was in nice shape except the window shades. Suggest Drapes instead of the shades, esp in the downstairs bedroom where the window needs to be open but the exterior lights shine in at night. The repair to the internet cable where the squirrel ate it was very smooth, thank you. All appliances and heat worked well. The clubhouse with games, ping pong, air hockey, pool etc. was a great hit with the kids and the whole family. I really appreciate having First Accommodations being right on top of any questions we had. Beach is nice and close as it good breakfast place and coffee if you don't want to cook.

The place worked well for our needs. We had a great Tahoe weekend. Location is nice--walk to mini golf or rock beach or to hikes. Also nice to have access to a pool--after a day at a Tahoe beach the kids still want to swim in the pool!

We had a wonderful stay at Rock Beach condo. The condo was perfect for our party of 6. very clean when we arrived, beds and sheets super comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for what we needed. The new bbq on the deck was great and we loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. The location was great to go to the different ski areas, and we enjoyed the short walk to the lake with amazing views. The hot tub after a long day of skiing was very nice. One of the best condos we have stayed in in Tahoe. We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay. Communication was great, Everything was clean, setup nicely. Kitchen and Baths are original, which is OK. My only complaint is that the window shades that were broken in the main room and should be fixed.

The condo was spacious and provided more than enough room for our family of 5. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and we enjoyed the location. The property was great and the tennis courts, pool/hot tub and game room were fun for all of us. Unfortunately, we found the property to be extremely dark- there were no overhead lights and not nearly enough lamps to be able to see well. The coverings on the sliding glass doors kept falling down and some of the mini-blinds were broken. The kitchen floor/rug didn't appear very clean, but all other areas were well-cleaned. We would still recommend the condo.

We cooked all our meals right at the condo and it was very comfortable. The Frig had a couple issues like the numbers on the dial were worn off so whatever it was on when we arrived was causing our salads and fruit to freeze in the Frig so after I adjusted it with some guess work it was fine but it also had a leak in the Frig that we had to keep soaking up the water from. I let the rental agency know so that the next guess hopefully wouldn’t have to keep cleaning up the water. We also really enjoyed the pool, hot tubs and pickle ball courts. Communication was excellent prior, during and at the end of our stay. Overall a great stay.
