NEEDS TLC

The blinds and some of the screens needed to be repaired. Coffee pot European style expresso style we are not in europe. The deck was nice but needed a paint job. Except for the kitchen countertops the kitchen needs an update. The furrnitue was okay.

Lots of little things that could be fixed... kitchen sink faucet handle broken; bathroom sink fixtures loose and swiveling; over head light in upstairs second bedroom remains dimly lit even when switched off (!?), only noticeable at night; towel bar needs tightening, as does lower railing on stairs (pulling out of wall); upper screen door busted up; main floor sliding door extremely hard to open/close. Again, no one big thing, just a general lack of attention to upkeep. Oh, and wine glasses would be nice.

It seemed like some of the construction (the deck) was a work in progress. There was debris, boards with nails, and broken lawn furniture in the yard. The dishwasher was broken and leaked water into the kitchen. The house was well stocked - but no access to the garage was minorly inconvenient.
Overall the location is what makes this place great! <br/>Good sized spaces for a family, decent furnishings and nice bright daylight. Cozy bungalow style home is situated on a sunny and quiet lot. The open floor plan is greeted with morning sun and leads to a deck that is wonderful for entertaining or just enjoying a cup of tea.
Also off of the deck, is a Hot Tub to enjoy day/night and during each season.
The bright loft overlooks the open living area. Enjoy working from home in the well-lit office.
The property comes with 2 spaces in the driveway. The house sits on a nice lot with a large back yard.
Shopping and dining are available in the community as well as surrounding communities.
Summer Guests: The home is approx. 5 blocks from Patton Beach. Water craft rental is available within 3-5 miles from the home.
Winter Guests: In winter, the home is centrally located between Northstar, Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows Ski Resorts. Tahoe City Cross Country Ski area is about 4 miles from the home and there is snow play area approx. 2 miles from the home. Barbecue - Available between Memorial Weekend thru October (weather permitting)

1. Maximum Day Time & Nighttime Occupancy is 8, excluding children under two (2) years of age. Sleeping Arrangements for 8.
2. Parking for 5 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
